WHO ARE WE

Fouché Architects is an architectural design practice based in South-East Queensland. The practice was established in 2015 by Larissa and Rayne Fouché. The principals bring to the practice a wealth of knowledge gained from diverse industry experience, working both with and for architects, property developers and builders on a range of project types and scales.

As a practice we are interested in all types of projects and provide a highly personalised service: we recognise that each project comes with its own set of contextual and site conditions, and functional and experiential objectives, and as such should be treated as unique. We consider design and development a collaborative process, working closely with our clients to understand their brief, budget, and ambitions for their project and continually reflect on these throughout the process to ensure the outcome successfully reflects our clients’ aspirations.

We employ a range of skills and tools in our design explorations and documentation of our projects. These include hand sketches and illustrations, computer aided drawing and 3Ds, visual renders and model making. We are currently registered to procure building projects in Queensland and New South Wales. Our services include feasibility studies, sketch design through to detailed design and construction documentation, onsite contract administration services, architectural photography and project visual rendering.

Larissa and Rayne completed their Bachelor of Design Studies and Master of Architecture at the University of Queensland. Rayne Fouché is the nominated practicing architect for Fouché Architects (BOAQ 4763, NSW 10115).
