WHO WE ARE

We craft spaces for work, life, rest and connection. Since 2015, we've worked with private clients, developers, and builders across South-East Queensland and beyond. We treat every project as unique—shaped by its context, its users, and what makes it genuinely needed. Our approach is collaborative and methodical, combining hand sketches and digital tools with a commitment to honest materials, considered detail, and spaces shaped around light, airflow, and how people actually live.

Three principles underpin our work. We design for context—listening to each site, its geography, climate, and character so these things genuinely shape what we make. We favour simplicity, believing that good design doesn't need to be complicated; clarity in form and detail lets materials and spaces do the talking. And we're committed to affordability—to working pragmatically within real budgets and making thoughtful choices about what matters, delivering genuine, well-considered architecture.

Larissa and Rayne completed their Bachelor of Design Studies and Master of Architecture at the University of Queensland. Rayne Fouché is the nominated practicing architect for Fouché Architects (BOAQ 4763, NSW 10115).
